We sincerely apologize if you have problems booking the special room rates that are arranged for 3 days pre and post conference dates. To book those you must call or email Banff Centre. You can't book them online. That arrangement is based on availability. We've made alternate arrangements with the Banff Lodging Company (BLC) for a 10% discount at any of their other hotels in the area. You will be able to book BLC rooms on their website; www.banfflodgingco.com [banfflodgingco.com] and enter promo code “blcwelcome” to receive a 10% discount on room rates. It will be valid as long as they have space available for all of their hotels in Banff and Canmore. They also have a 72 hour cancellation policy and don’t take a deposit so it is very flexible if you book a room and your plans change.
